January 9, 2020 6:00 PM ESTLA JOLLA, Calif., Jan. 09, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Palomar Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLMR) (Palomar or the Company) today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering (the Offering) of 5,000,000 shares of Palomars common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the Common Stock), which consists of 750,000 shares of Common Stock offered by the Company and 4,250,000 shares of Common Stock offered by certain selling stockholders, including affiliates of Genstar Capital (the Genstar Affiliates), at a public offering price of $49.00 per share.
