December 19, 2019 7:05 AM ESTNEW YORK, Dec. 19, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: AXSM) (Axsome or the Company), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapies for the management of central nervous system (CNS) disorders, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $87.00 per share.
