Bill.com Prices Initial Public Offering
December 11, 2019 9:19 PM ESTPALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bill.com (NYSE: BILL), a leading provider of AI-enabled cloud-based software that simplifies, digitizes, and automates complex back-office financial operations for small and midsize businesses, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,823,529 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $22.00 per share.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on December 12, 2019, under the ticker symbol "BILL". The offering is expected to close on December 16, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
