New Jersey Resources (NJR) Announces $235M Public Offering of Common Stock
December 4, 2019 4:34 PM ESTNew Jersey Resources Corporation (NYSE: NJR) announced today it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $235 million of shares of its common stock. In conjunction with the offering, NJR intends to grant to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $35 million of additional shares of common stock either directly from NJR or from affiliates of Wells Fargo Bank, National Association and JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (the forward counterparties), at NJRs election.
