NJR Announces Pricing of Common Stock Offering
December 4, 2019 8:26 PM ESTWALL, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New Jersey Resources Corporation (NYSE: NJR) announced today it has priced an underwritten public offering of 5,700,000 shares of its common stock at a price per share of $41.25. In conjunction with the offering, NJR has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 845,454 additional shares of common stock either directly from NJR or from affiliates of Wells Fargo Bank, National Association and JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (the forward counterparties), at NJRs election.
