TransDigm Group Reports Fiscal 2019 Fourth Quarter and Year-End Results
November 19, 2019 7:15 AM ESTCLEVELAND, Nov. 19, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- TransDigm Group Incorporated (NYSE: TDG), a leading global designer, producer and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components, today reported results for the fourth quarter ended September 30, 2019.
Fourth quarter highlights include:
Net sales of $1,541.3 million, up 46.9% from $1,049.4 million; Net income from continuing operations of $316.0 million, up 37.2% from $230.3 million; Earnings per share from continuing operations of $4.08, down 1.4% from $4.14; EBITDA As Defined of $707.2 million, up 34.8% from $524.8 million; and Adjusted earnings per share of $5.62, up 26.6% from $4.44.Fiscal 2019 highlights...
