Lancaster Colony Increases Regular Cash Dividend; Reelects Three Incumbent Directors And Elects One New Director
November 13, 2019 2:30 PM ESTWESTERVILLE, Ohio, Nov. 13, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Lancaster Colony Corporation (Nasdaq: LANC) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 70 cents per common share, marking 57 consecutive years of increasing regular cash dividends. The company is one of only 13 U.S. companies with 57 straight years of regular cash dividend increases. The dividend will be payable December 31, 2019 to shareholders of record on December 6, 2019. As of the record date for today's annual shareholder meeting, there were 27,492,982 common shares outstanding.
