Ladder Capital Corp Reports Results for the Quarter Ended September 30, 2019
November 7, 2019 4:15 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ladder Capital Corp (NYSE: LADR) (we, Ladder, or the Company) today announced operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2019. GAAP income before taxes for the three months ended September 30, 2019 was $32.1 million, and diluted earnings per share was $0.26. Core earnings was $44.1 million, or $0.38 of core EPS. After tax GAAP return on average equity was 7.5% and after-tax core return on average equity was 10.9%.
