Acadia Realty Trust Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend
November 5, 2019 5:34 PM ESTRYE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR), today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a cash dividend of $0.29 per Common Share for the quarter ended December 31, 2019, payable on January 15, 2020 to holders of record as of December 31, 2019. This is an increase of 3.6% over the prior quarters cash dividend of $0.28 per share.
