comScore (SCOR) Tops Q3 EPS by 26c; Announces Bill Livek as CEO & Executive Vice Chairman
November 5, 2019 4:48 PM ESTcomScore (NASDAQ: SCOR) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.16), $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.42). Revenue for the quarter came in at $94.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $96.44 million.
Leadership Transition
The company also announced today that Bill Livek has been appointed by Comscore's board of directors as chief executive officer and executive vice chairman, effective immediately, bringing his 40 years of experience in the world of media and consumer measurement to the CEO role.
