Kaman Reports 2019 Third Quarter Results

Third Quarter Highlights:

Completed Sale of the Distribution segment for $700 million in cash Net sales from continuing operations up 16% to $183.0 million versus prior year Aerospace GAAP operating margin increased to 18.7% from 4.6% in the prior year; Adjusted operating margin* increased 570 basis points compared to the prior year period Earnings from continuing operations increased $19.6 million; Adjusted EBITDA* increased $9.7 million for an Adjusted EBITDA margin* of 14.7%, up 380 basis points over the prior year Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations increased $0.70 to $0.36
