Revance Therapeutics (RVNC) Reports Complete Enrollment in ASPEN-1 Phase 3 Pivotal Trial for Cervical Dystonia
November 4, 2019 5:26 PM ESTRevance Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVNC) today announced it has completed patient enrollment of the companys pivotal ASPEN-1 Phase 3 clinical trial for its investigational drug candidate DaxibotulinumtoxinA for Injection (DAXI) for the treatment of isolated cervical dystonia (CD), a movement disorder affecting the neck. In total, 301 adult patients were enrolled at 60 sites across the U.S., Canada and Europe.

November 4, 2019 8:11 AM ESTRevance Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVNC) today announced the publication of results from the Phase 3 studies, SAKURA 1 and SAKURA 2, in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (PRS), the peer reviewed Journal of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. These two Phase 3 studies evaluated Revances long-acting neuromodulator product, DaxibotulinumtoxinA for Injection (DAXI), for the treatment of moderate and severe glabellar lines.
