Univar (UNVR) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c
August 5, 2019 6:04 AM EDTUnivar (NYSE: UNVR) reported Q2 EPS of $0.42, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.58 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.82 billion.
Second Quarter 2019 Highlights
Univar Solutions reported net income of $16.3 million, or $0.10 per share, compared to net income of $56.1 million, or $0.40 per share, in the prior year second quarter. The current quarter includes $49.1 million of integration and transaction related costs before tax, and higher shares outstanding associated with the Company\'s acquisition of Nexeo Solutions, Inc.
