July 29, 2019 5:00 PM EDTCOLUMBIA, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- South State Corporation (NASDAQ: SSB) today released its unaudited results of operations and other financial information for the three-month and six-month period ended June 30, 2019. The Company reported consolidated net income of $41.5 million, or $1.17 per diluted common share for the three months ended June 30, 2019, a $2.9 million decrease, or $0.07 per share decline in EPS, compared to the first quarter of 2019.
