Home BancShares, Inc. Announces Third Quarter Cash Dividend
July 24, 2019 5:15 PM EDTCONWAY, Ark., July 24, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular $0.13 per share quarterly cash dividend payable September 4, 2019, to shareholders of record August 14, 2019. This cash dividend represents a $0.01 per share, or 8.3%, increase over the $0.12 cash dividend paid during the third quarter of 2018.
