July 24, 2019 6:45 AM EDTMIAMI LAKES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BankUnited, Inc. (the Company) (NYSE: BKU) today announced financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2019, the Company reported net income of $81.5 million, or $0.81 per diluted share compared to $89.9 million, or $0.82 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. Non-loss share diluted earnings per share, as previously reported,(1) for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 was $0.59.
For the six months ended June 30, 2019, the Company reported net income of $147.4 million, or $1.45 per diluted share compared to $175.1 million, or $1.59 per diluted share, for the six months ended... More
