TransUnion (TRU) Tops Q2 EPS by 4c, Revenues Beat; Offers FY19 EPS Guidance Above Consensus, Q3 EPS Mid-Point Guidance Above Consensus
July 23, 2019 6:53 AM EDTTransUnion (NYSE: TRU) reported Q2 EPS of $0.69, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $664 million versus the consensus estimate of $643.47 million.
TransUnion delivered a good second quarter with strong Adjusted Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA growth, said Chris Cartwright, President and CEO. Notably, in the U.S., we saw a re-acceleration of our Financial Services and Healthcare verticals as well as further outstanding growth in our Insurance business.
