Carnival Corp. (CCL) Tops Q2 EPS by 5c, Lowers FY EPS Guidance

Carnival Corp. (NYSE: CCL) reported Q2 EPS of $0.66, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $4.53 million.

GUIDANCE:

Carnival Corp. sees FY2019 EPS of $4.25-$4.35, versus the consensus of $4.54.

Carnival Corp. sees Q2 EPS of $2.50-$2.54, versus the consensus of $2.68.

Outlook

At this time, cumulative advanced bookings for the remainder of the year are slightly ahead of the prior year at prices that are in line with the prior year on a comparable basis.... More
