3M Settles Patent Infringement Action with Tovis and Scientific Games
June 13, 2019 4:00 PM EDTST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 3M and 3M Innovative Properties Co. have settled a patent infringement lawsuit brought by 3M in federal district court in Las Vegas, Nev., against South Korea-based Tovis Co. Ltd. and its subsidiary Tovis North America, and Scientific Games Corp. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
