World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Misses Q1 EPS by 9c
April 25, 2019 8:36 AM EDTWorld Wrestling Entertainment (NYSE: WWE) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.11), $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $182.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $198.99 million.
Second Quarter 2019 Business Outlook
For the second quarter 2019, the Company estimates Adjusted OIBDA of $19 million to $24 million.6 This range of results represents a year-over-year decline in Adjusted OIBDA driven by increases in fixed costs, including the timing of strategic investments.
