UMB Financial Corporation Reports First Quarter Income from Continuing Operations of $57.7 Million or $1.18 per Diluted Share
April 23, 2019 9:00 AM EDTKANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UMB Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: UMBF), a financial services company, announced income from continuing operations for the first quarter of 2019 of $57.7 million, or $1.18 per diluted share, compared to $25.5 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter 2018 (linked quarter) and $57.5 million, or $1.15 per diluted share, in the first quarter 2018. The reported GAAP income from continuing operations represents an increase of 126.9 percent on a linked-quarter basis and a 0.4 percent increase compared to the first quarter 2018.
