Leju Holdings (LEJU) Reports Q4 EPS of $0.03, Revenues Beat; Offers Q1 Revenues Above Consensus
March 18, 2019 6:08 AM EDTLeju Holdings (NYSE: LEJU) reported Q4 EPS of $0.03, versus ($0.14) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $124.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $120 million.
Total revenues increased by 17% year-on-year to $124.2 million. - Revenues from e-commerce services increased by 16% year-on-year to $82.4 million.- Revenues from online advertising services increased by 25% year-on-year to $40.9 million.Loss from operations was $0.8 million, a decrease of 97% from $25.4 million for the same quarter of 2017.Non-GAAP[1] income from operations was $3.3 million, compared to non-GAAP loss from operations of $21.7 million for the same quarter of 2017.Net income...
