(the "Company") (NYSE: QTS) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 6,750,000 shares of its Class A common stock ("common stock"), of which 4,000,000 shares were offered directly by the Company, and 2,750,000 shares were offered, at the request of the Company, by the forward purchaser (as defined below) or its affiliate in connection with the forward sale agreement described below, at a public offering price of $41.50 per share (before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions).
