QTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS) reported Q4 FFO of $0.69, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $112.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $110.46 million.
GUIDANCE:
QTS Realty Trust sees FY2019 FFO of $2.61-$2.71, versus the consensus of $2.68. QTS Realty Trust sees FY2019 revenue of $471-485 million, versus the consensus of $479.8 million.
