The dividend will be payable on June 14, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2019.

The $340 million (USD) purchase includes four processing facilities in Thailand, one processing facility in the Netherlands and one processing facility in the United Kingdom.
