Energizer Holdings, Inc. Announces Fiscal 2019 First Quarter Results
February 5, 2019 6:50 AM ESTST. LOUIS, Feb. 5, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ENR) today announced results for the first fiscal quarter, which ended December 31, 2018. For the first fiscal quarter, net earnings were $70.8 million, or $1.16 per diluted share, compared to $60.4 million, or $0.98 per diluted share, in the prior year first quarter. Adjusted net earnings in the first quarter were $100.2 million, or $1.64 per diluted share, compared to adjusted net earnings of $95.5 million, or $1.55 per diluted share, in the prior year first quarter.
