Packaging Corp. (PKG) Tops Q4 EPS by 3c, Revenues Miss
January 29, 2019 5:54 PM ESTPackaging Corp. (NYSE: PKG) reported Q4 EPS of $2.17, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $2.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.75 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.78 billion.
Commenting on reported results, Mark W. Kowlzan, Chairman and CEO, said, Our containerboard mills established a new fourth quarter production record while reducing our containerboard inventory by 26,000 tons from the end of the third quarter.
