AudioCodes Declares Semi-Annual Dividend of 11 Cents per Share
January 28, 2019 2:35 AM ESTLOD, Israel, Jan. 28, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- AudioCodes (NASDAQ: AUDC), a leading vendor of advanced voice networking and media processing solutions for the digital workplace, today announced that its Board of Directors has decided on a semi-annual dividend. The Board of Directors declared a cash dividend in the amount of 11 Cents per share and in the aggregate amount of approximately US $3.2 million.
