Home BancShares, Inc. Announces 9.1% Increase in First Quarter Cash Dividend
January 23, 2019 5:15 PM ESTCONWAY, Ark., Jan. 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular $0.12 per share quarterly cash dividend payable March 6, 2019, to shareholders of record February 13, 2019. This cash dividend represents a $0.01 per share, or 9.1%, increase over the $0.11 cash dividend paid during the first quarter of 2018 and equal to the cash dividend paid during the third and fourth quarters of 2018.
