Sachem Capital Corp. Announces Record Fourth Quarter Dividend of $0.17 Per Share
December 20, 2018 8:00 AM ESTBRANFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sachem Capital Corp. (NYSE American: SACH) announced today that on December 18, 2018, its board of directors authorized and declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.17 per share to be paid to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2018. The dividend will be payable on January 10, 2019. The Company previously declared and paid a third quarter dividend of $0.12 per share to its shareholders.
