Heartland Financial USA, Inc. Declares Special Cash Dividend

DUBUQUE, Iowa, Dec. 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTLF) announced that its board of directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.05 per share on the company's common stock at its meeting today. The special dividend is payable on December 28, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 21, 2018. Together with the four regular cash dividends paid in 2018, the special dividend brings the total dividends paid this year to $0.59 per common share.
