TLC Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) on Nasdaq
November 21, 2018 4:39 AM ESTTAIPEI, Taiwan and SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Nov. 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Taiwan Liposome Company, Ltd. (4152.TWO) (TLC), a clinical-stage specialty pharmaceutical company dedicated to the development and commercialization of novel nanomedicines designed to target areas of unmet medical need in pain management, ophthalmology, and oncology, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,750,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing two of TLCs common shares, at a public offering price of $5.80 per ADS, raising gross proceeds of approximately $21.75 million before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses.
