TrustCo Declares Cash Dividend
November 20, 2018 4:35 PM ESTGLENVILLE, N.Y., Nov. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of TrustCo Bank Corp NY (TrustCo, Nasdaq: TRST) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.068125 per share, or $0.2725 per share on an annualized basis. This dividend sustains the increased rate of return to our shareholders that the Company announced in August of this year. The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 7, 2018. TrustCo has paid a cash dividend every year since 1904.
