D.R. Horton (DHI) PT Lowered to $38 at RBC Capital
November 9, 2018 7:09 AM ESTRBC Capital analyst Mike Dahl lowered the price target on D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) to $38.00 (from $41.00) while maintaining a Sector Perform rating.
Dahl is cutting FY19 EPS est. by 7% to $4.14 from $4.46 as we incorporate weaker near-term demand and margin pressure.
