Granite Construction (GVA) PT Raised to $59 at MKM Partners as Proposition 6 Fails

MKM Partners analyst Daniel Scott raised the price target on Granite Construction (NYSE: GVA) to $59.00 (from $55.00) while maintaining a Buy rating after proposition 6 fails, removing a major overhang.
