Federal Realty Investment Trust Announces Third Quarter 2018 Operating Results
October 31, 2018 4:05 PM EDTROCKVILLE, Md., Oct. 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT) today reported operating results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2018. Highlights of the quarter and recent activity include:
Generated earnings per diluted share of $0.82 for the quarter compared to $1.47 in third quarter 2017, which included a $0.70 gain on sale of real estate.
