Standard Motor Products (SMP) Tops Q3 EPS by 1c, Revenues Beat
October 26, 2018 8:32 AM EDTStandard Motor Products (NYSE: SMP) reported Q3 EPS of $0.84, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.83. Revenue for the quarter came in at $296.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $291.32 million.
Mr. Eric P. Sills, Standard Motor Products' Chief Executive Officer and President, stated, "We are pleased with our performance in the quarter. After a challenging first half, which was largely impacted by temporary or timing-related issues, our third quarter showed positive signs of recovery.
