Newpark Resources Reports Third Quarter 2018 Results

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Oct. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Newpark Resources, Inc. (NYSE: NR) today announced results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2018. Total revenues for the third quarter of 2018 were $235.3 million compared to $236.3 million for the second quarter of 2018 and $201.7 million for the third quarter of 2017. Net income for the third quarter of 2018 was $3.6 million, or $0.04 per diluted share, compared to $10.8 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2018, and $2.7 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2017.
