UMB Financial Corporation Reports Third Quarter Income from Continuing Operations of $57.8 Million or $1.16 per Diluted Share
October 23, 2018 5:00 PM EDTKANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UMB Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: UMBF), a financial holding company, announced income from continuing operations for the third quarter 2018 of $57.8 million, or $1.16 per diluted share, compared to $55.4 million, or $1.11 per diluted share, in the second quarter 2018 (linked quarter) and $48.9 million, or $0.98 per diluted share, in the third quarter 2017. The reported GAAP income from continuing operations represents increases of 4.4 percent on a linked-quarter basis and 18.4 percent compared to the third quarter 2017.
