Bank of Commerce Holdings Announces Third Quarter Cash Dividend of $0.04 per Share
September 19, 2018 4:00 PM EDTSACRAMENTO, Calif., Sept. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Â Bank of Commerce Holdings (NASDAQ: BOCH) (the Company), a $1.3Â billion asset bank holding company and parent company of Redding Bank of Commerce (the Bank), today announced that the Board of Directors has authorized a cash dividend of $0.04 per share for the third quarter 2018.Â
The $0.04 per share quarterly cash dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of October 2, 2018 and is payable on October 12, 2018.
