September 18, 2018 6:51 AM EDTKEARNEY, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Buckle, Inc. (NYSE: BKE) announced that at its quarterly meeting of the Board of Directors, held on September 17, 2018, Hank M. Bounds, Ph.D. was elected as a member of the Companys Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Bounds currently serves as President of the University of Nebraska, a position he has held since April 13, 2015.
