August 28, 2018 5:30 PM EDTUNIONDALE, N.Y., Aug. 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the Company) (Nasdaq-GS: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the Bank), today announced that the Board of Directors (the Board) declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.20 per common share, payable on September 28, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 10, 2018.
