Vista Outdoor (VSTO) Tops Q1 EPS by 12c, Revenues Miss; Lifts FY19 EPS/Revenue Outlook
August 9, 2018 6:58 AM EDTVista Outdoor (NYSE: VSTO) reported Q1 EPS of $0.00, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $529 million versus the consensus estimate of $542.61 million.
Sales were $529 million, down 7 percent from the prior-year quarter.Gross profit was $113 million, down 23 percent from the prior-year quarter.Operating expenses were $153 million, compared to $107 million in the prior-year quarter.
