Monmouth Real Estate Reports Results For The Third Quarter Ended June 30, 2018
August 1, 2018 4:19 PM EDTFREEHOLD, N.J., Aug. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (NYSE: MNR) reported Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders of $10,323,000 or $0.13 per diluted share for the three months ended June 30, 2018 as compared to $5,217,000 or $0.07 per diluted share for the three months ended June 30, 2017 representing an increase per share of 86%. Core Funds from Operations (Core FFO) were $17,988,000 or $0.23 per diluted share for the three months ended June 30, 2018 as compared to $15,441,000 or $0.21 per diluted share for the three months ended June 30, 2017 representing an increase in Core FFO per share of 10%. Adjusted Funds...
