RE/MAX Holdings Announces Quarterly Dividend
August 1, 2018 4:10 PM EDTDENVER, Aug. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: RMAX), parent company of RE/MAX, LLC, one of the world's leading franchisors of real estate brokerage services, and of Motto Mortgage, an innovative mortgage brokerage franchise, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of Class A common stock.
The dividend is payable on August 29, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2018.
