Hilltop Holdings Inc. Announces Financial Results for Second Quarter 2018
July 26, 2018 5:05 PM EDTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hilltop Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HTH) (Hilltop) today announced financial results for the second quarter of 2018. Hilltop produced income of $33.1 million, or $0.35 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2018, compared to $62.5 million, or $0.63 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2017.
Hilltop also announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per common share, payable on August 31, 2018, to all common stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2018.
