Curtiss-Wright Reports Second Quarter 2018 Financial Results; Raises Full-Year Revenue, EPS and Free Cash Flow Guidance
July 25, 2018 4:42 PM EDTDAVIDSON, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW) reports financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2018.
Beginning this quarter, coinciding with the initial reporting of the recent acquisition of Dresser-Rands government business (DRG), the Company has elected to change the presentation of its financials and guidance to include an Adjusted (non-GAAP) view that excludes first year purchase accounting costs associated with its acquisitions.
