Stepan Declares Quarterly Dividend

NORTHFIELD, Ill., July 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Stepan Company (NYSE: SCL) today reported:

On July 24, 2018, the Board of Directors of Stepan Company declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.225 per share.  The dividend is payable on September 14, 2018, to common shareholders of record on August 31, 2018.  The Company increased its quarterly cash dividend in the fourth quarter of 2017 by $0.02 per share, marking the 50th consecutive year that the company has increased its cash dividend to shareholders.
