SunTrust Reports Second Quarter 2018 Results
July 20, 2018 6:00 AM EDTATLANTA, July 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --Â SunTrust Banks, Inc. (NYSE: STI) reported net income available to common shareholders of $697 million, or $1.49 per average common diluted share.
Diluted earnings per share increased 16% compared to the prior quarter and 45% compared to the second quarter of 2017. For the first half of 2018, earnings per average common diluted share grew 43% compared to the same period a year ago.
