Worthington Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year Results
June 27, 2018 4:49 PM EDTCOLUMBUS, Ohio, June 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Worthington Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WOR) today reported net sales of $1.0 billion and net earnings of $30.8 million, or $0.50 per diluted share, for its fiscal 2018 fourth quarter ended May 31, 2018.  Net earnings in the quarter included pre-tax impairment charges totaling $52.9 million, which reduced earnings per diluted share by $0.45. In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2017, the Company reported net sales of $845.3 million and net earnings of $56.5 million, or $0.87 per diluted share.Â
